ABOUT GUZAARISH MOVIE

Guzaarish directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai in leading roles.
The film is scheduled for release on November 19, 2010.
In Guzaarish, Bhansali tells a dark tale of bond between a paraplegic, wheelchair-bound magician and the married nurse who is taking care of him. Hrithik Roshan plays the magician named Ethan while Aishwarya Rai is the nurse looking after him.

Hrithik Roshan in the lead role is paired with his former leading lady in Dhoom 2 and Jodha Akbar, the Miss World beauty and now Mrs. Ashwariya Rai Bachchan. Sanjay after a long break from his last movie Saawariya is ready give the industry yet another of beat movie.

Hrithik Roshan in the lead plays the role of a magician who is a suffering from Paraplegia is working with Bhansali for the first time. He said that working with Bhansali has altered his life. Hrithik said that shooting of the film has brought to him a new way to life, and will guide him through all his future films. At the launch of the trailer Hrithik said, “It’s so beautiful that 30 or 40 years from now, I will look back and will smile that I had an opportunity to make this film,”

Ashwariya who is casted opposite Hrithik in this film will be doing her 2nd film with Bhansali after Hum Dil De Chuke Hai Sanam. Bhansali before writing the script for Guzaarish had written the script for Bajirao Mastani which also has Ashwariya as the leading lady opposite Salman. Due to the differences between Ash and Salman the film was called off. On asking Bhansali as why he did not cast anyone else for the lead(male) he said that he script was written only thinking about Ash and Salman and hence it cannot be made.

Paraplegia is a disease which is impairment in motor. It is usually the result of spinal cord injury which affects the neural elements of the spinal canal. Ash will be seen smoking for the first time in this film. The film is due to release on the 19th of November this year.
